12 startups in 12 months: shipping 1 app per month

Inspired by Pieter Levels and the idea of building in public, I started a personal challenge: ship 12 startups in 12 months. One month, one product, less overthinking, more shipping.

The goal is simple. Move fast, learn from real users, and keep momentum by putting something new into the world every month.

Month one is live: Draftly.

Draftly reduces the mental fatigue of figuring out where to apply and writing outreach emails from scratch. You search openings by city and a keyword — for example junior designer, profesor de ed física, and so on. From those results, Draftly surfaces each place's website and email. With a short description of what you want, it generates personalized Gmail drafts for the role you are targeting, with your CV already attached, so you can review and send with almost no friction.

It is the first concrete step of the challenge, and already taught me a lot about choosing scope, launching early, and iterating after release.

Now I am working on the next one: Plans. Still in progress, but already taking shape as startup number two of the year.
